In September Christy had the chance to catch up with old friends from her missionary days in Guatemala. The reunion took place in Tyler, Tx at a church encampment. It was a great time of fellowship for Christy. Most of those present she hadn't seen in almost 10 years. Lon also had the chance to get to know people Christy has talked about when sharing memories of her times in Guatemala. It was especially exciting for Christy to spend time with Kim Landers, one of the missionaries Christy shared a house with while living in Guatemala City. Christy also got to spend time with George & Helen Hardeman, missionaries with whom Christy served closely. It was a special time!
